The service
GrowGulak is operated by GrowCommerce, Holambi Kalan, Delhi 82, India. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to GrowCommerce, and "GrowGulak" refers to the platform it operates. These terms cover use of the GrowGulak app. Questions can be sent to [email protected]. By using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you are authorised to represent.
Free plan
GrowGulak is currently free. We do not charge an app subscription or app usage fee, and no credit card is required. Shopify and services you connect separately may charge under their own agreements. Any future paid offering will be disclosed before you choose it; the free app does not authorise future charges.
Accounts and store access
Install through Shopify and use an account you control. Keep credentials secure and grant team access only to authorised people. You must have authority to connect the store and use the data and materials you provide.
Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for your products, fulfilment, customer policies, required disclosures, lawful marketing permissions, and the accuracy of uploaded knowledge. Do not use GrowGulak for unlawful activity, spam, misleading messages, unauthorised data collection, or interference with the service.
AI assistance
AI-generated responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Review your configuration and store policies and provide human support when needed. The agent does not cancel orders or issue refunds; the merchant remains responsible for deciding and carrying out those requests.
Privacy and third parties
Our Privacy Policy describes how information is processed. Shopify and other connected providers have separate terms and privacy practices. You remain responsible for meeting your obligations to shoppers and responding to their requests.
Ending use
You may stop using the service and uninstall it through Shopify. The organisation owner can then permanently delete its GrowGulak data from Profile. Other organisations and the shared login are retained; contact us for account deletion. We may restrict access to address abuse, security incidents, or legal obligations.
Availability and changes
Features depend on Shopify and connected services and may be interrupted or changed. We do not promise particular sales, recovery rates, or AI accuracy. We will communicate material changes through appropriate service channels. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
