Eligible abandoned checkouts can receive configured recovery messages using Shopify’s recovery URL. When a matching order arrives, GrowGulak can mark the checkout recovered and stop pending contacts. Recovery is not guaranteed.

Yes. GrowGulak can attribute eligible Shopify purchases to campaigns under its attribution rules, with a default seven-day window. Attribution shows an association; it does not prove a campaign caused the purchase.

Yes. Install GrowGulak through Shopify on each store and sign in with the same account. Switch between separate organisations, invite team members with roles in Settings → Team, and manage your organisations in Profile.

No. Capturing an email address or phone number and subscribing a visitor to marketing are separate concepts.

Yes. GrowGulak currently has no app subscription or app usage fee, and no credit card is required. Shopify and separately connected providers may charge under their own agreements.
